Yes. I offer free, no‑obligation estimates so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
I proudly serve homeowners within a 30 minute radius of Brighton, Michigan.
How to request an estimate or schedule work?
You can call, text, email or submit a request through the website. Please provide a detailed description and photos if applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is typically due upon completion of the jobs for small to medium jobs.
Do you handle small jobs?
Yes. No job is too small — from fixing a leaky faucet to small drywall repairs, I’m happy to help.
How far in advance should I book?
I typically book 2 to 3 weeks out, but will make every effort to ensure I meet your timeline needs.
Do you offer emergency or after‑hours service?
Yes, for emergency service needs, please call &/or text with relevant details and I will do everything I can to assist. Expect increased service fees for emergency & after-hours service.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing estimates are prepared for each job based on the details provided by the customer. Each estimate includes a clear breakdown of labor and materials. Labor costs typically include a $75 trip fee. If it becomes necessary for the final price to exceed the original estimate, approval will be requested before any additional work is performed.
Do you require a deposit?
For smaller jobs with minimal material costs, no deposit is required. For larger projects that involve substantial material expenses, a deposit covering those material costs is required.
What if additional issues are discovered once work begins?
If any unforeseen issues are identified during the project, you will be notified right away, and a proposed solution and pricing will be provided for your approval.
